Job Summary:

Responsible for managing Customer Services Support and Direct Fleet Management operations in Cebu. Liaise and work closely with counterparts in the USA and EMEA to ensure Customer Operations processes and best practices are benchmarked and standardized across geographies. Responsible for all operations and functions managed and executed in Cebu which includes maintaining and improving service level agreements and established metrics, employee hiring, retention, development and engagement. This manager will have five direct reports (managers) and a growing staff of 60 people.

Qualifications:

* Must be a college graduate
* 5-10 years previous management experience, preferably in a position that provided support of US and EMEA customers receiving service
* Has strong people and English communication skills
* Very process oriented with ability to evaluate and develop on-going improvement plans
* With excellent computer skills, including Excel and Powerpoint
* Budget and department expense management
* Working US business hours required
* Willing and able to travel to corporate headquarters in the US for training.
o Additional experiences a plus: Experience in warranty and after market customer support
o Sales order and purchase order management experience
o Exposure to Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement tools and methods
