Job Summary:

Research, write, edit, index, or revise user documentation of large scope and technical complexity for a worldwide audience. Writes documentation based on design specifications, consultation with the development team and by using the product. Generally works as a member of a documentation or product team, and may lead projects of limited scope.

Qualifications:

- A graduate of any 4-year course

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

- Knowledge on the use of computer tools as Adobe Acrobat, FrameMaker

- Experience working in a Content Management System environment is an advantage

- Must submit a portfolio of writing samples for thorough consideration
