For our Technical Support Representative post, we are looking for the following qualifications in general:

Applicants should have at least completed all of their 1st and 2nd year college units under a single degree / program.

Technical Support Representatives should possess average to above average communication skills.
In addition, they should be knowledgeable in some or all of the following areas:

* Internet connection
* Windows 98 and various Operating Systems
* Installation/removing program know-how
* Hardware troubleshooting
* Simple internet surfing know-how
* Knowledge/ familiarity in computer applications
