HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Job Cebu

* Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years equivalent of any course preferably Psychology
* Should have experience in all areas of HR – Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment
* At least 3-5 years experience in management position
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Prepares and presents both written and verbal communication to assist Account Management and other business departments
* Is able to communicate effectively and timely with external clients and 3rd party vendors
* Strong character for critical decisions making
