Job Summary:

The AP Business Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support of a Human Resource application within Lexmark’s Asia Pacific community. This will include, but is not limited to support model design and deployment, testing and the ongoing administration of HR applications used in AP under the direction of the EMEA & Asia Pacific HRIS Manager

Qualifications:

-Has BS degree in any of the following: Business Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science (degree in MS is an added advantage

-Minimum of 2 years of systems experience including system integration design, analysis, and implementation

-Has experience in ERP systems

-Knowledgeable in SQL and report generation tools

-Experience with global companies is a plus

-Strong interpersonal skills (cross-cultural, communications, negotiation

-Strong change management skills
