Job Summary:

Highly responsible for the following:

-monitoring of the Ops center management systems (HSM security modules)
-drive expeditious resolution for any reported incident and/or problem tickets
-communicate and escalate incidents and/or problems to the right stakeholders in a timely manner
-create process and procedures, incident/problem tickets
-document any changes
-provide 1st level of support should an incident/problem arises or detected
-Make sure that Ops Center management servers are configured and running 24 x 365
-Will do security audits of the system
-Verify the integrity of the server system every shift
-Perform the following tasks should an error state is triggered:
-notify local manufacturing IT and operations management of the problem
-notify system admin and system architects of the problem
-gather diagnostic logs of all equipment involved in the issue
-call maintenance/support staff of the vendor, should a physical machine needs replacement
-will work with the maintenance/support staff of the vendor to provide basic debug of the equipment at issue

Qualifications:

- At least a Bachelor\’s Degree holder of any IT-related courses (BS ComSci, BS IT, BS ComEng, BS ECE, etc.)
- At least 2-3 years of UNIX/Linux/Solaris Experience
- At least Tier 2 level as technical support engineer in a Call Center, BPO, or IT Environment
- Procedure, process, and service oriented
- Must have working experience with SLA\’s, incident management, and change management
- Have working experience in systems monitoring, and should at least be familiar with scripting (shell, bash, korn, bourne, php, etc.)
- Oracle administration, ITIL exposure, and project management experience are plus factors
- Very good in oral communication
- Flexible, dynamic, and a team player

Firmware Development

Job Summary:

We need Embedded Firmware Development Engineers to be responsible for creating and debugging embedded microcode for printer controllers.

Successful candidates will be designing embedded codes for microcontroller and microprocessor controlled systems to control hardware and electronic mechanisms such as motors and sensors.

Other responsibilities involve conducting research and evaluation of new technologies in the area of embedded firmware development.

Qualifications:

-Has BS degree in any of the following: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (degree in MS is an added advantage)

-Proficient in C programming language

-Strong fundamentals in electronics circuits theories

-Has strong backgrounds in microcontrollers and microprocessor systems

-Previous embedded firmware experience with motor and sensor applications is highly preferred.

-Has excellent problem solving skills and can produce results with minimum supervision

Job Summary:

Provide services in the identification and testing of materials used in laser and inkjet printing. This requires the ability to develop strong instrumentation skills, especially in areas such as Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), optical microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), dynamic scanning calorimetry (DSC), gel permeation/size exclusion chromatography (GPC/SEC), viscometry, electron microscopy, x-ray analysis, elemental analysis (ICP/AA), and wet laboratory methods. Primary duties will include providing on-going materials verification for development purposes and.support on quality and environmental initiatives. The applicant will be expected to provide routine instrument maintenance and coordinate manufacturer service calls for major failures. The candidate should be familiar with maintaining a safe laboratory environment and following a chemical hygiene plan. Hazardous chemicals will need to be safely handled using appropriate personal protective equipment. The ability to effectively communicate scientific findings is necessary.

-Experience in safe materials identification including analytical instrumentation

-Has proven skills in chemical handling in a laboratory environment

-Knowledgeable in Elemental Analysis by ICP or AA spectroscopy, Polymer Identification, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), Dynamic Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Size Exclusion Chromatography, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Viscometry, Electron Microscopy, X-ray Analysis, Wet laboratory/chemical separations

Software Development

Job Summary:

-Responsible for overall delivery of host software for Lexmark products.Coordinates with various development, test and support groups in various sites to develop and deliver new products to the market.

-College graduate, preferably with an Engineering or Computer Science degree. Masters degree is a plus.

-With prior experience in project management and SW/FW development and delivery.

Mechanical

Job Summary:

Will be responsible for the mechanical design, development, and performance verification of components, subassemblies, and complete laser and inkjet printers. Specific components will be in any of the following:

-Printer product mechanical architecture and design

-Mechanical design of components and subassemblies for laser printers

-Performance verification of printer subsystems and printers

-Procurement and fabrication of prototype parts and assemblies

-Coordination of the mechanical and program management development activities

-Root cause determination, corrective action identification and implementation of problems in laser and inkjet printers.
