Job Summary:
Business and application support analyst responsible for complex, high volume transactional support in ERP. Proactively monitor system and resolve errors and problems through analysis and involvement of other business and I/T teams as required. Maintain updated process and system documentation. Assist with system testing of application changes and upgrades. Interact with internal Lexmark service area representatives and other internal support functions in the US and Cebu.
Qualifications:
* Must be a college graduate, preferably in Business Administration, IT, or Engineering
* Should have 1-2 years experience in JDE or other ERP system with a multinational corporation
* Strong customer service skills
* Very strong problem resolution skills
* Strong oral and written English communication skills
* Able to document system changes and provide training to end users
* Ability to work with system users and I/T to resolve problems
* Experience with customer service application systems a plus (Siebel or other)
* Working US business hours required
* Willing and able to travel to corporate headquarters in the US for training if needed
