* At least 2 yrs. working experience in the field of human resources is an advantage.
* Must be knowledgeable in government reportorial.

* Graduate of any 4 yr. Course or Behavioral Science.
* Has a high sense of urgency in dealing with the job and can interact with different level of positions in firm.
* Must have flexible, dynamic, result-oriented, honest, hardworking, can work under pressure, responsible.
* Excellent in communication skills both oral and written.
* Proficient in computer applications.
